Own page for all additional material

Hello everyone,

because many people got confused, that the free downloads marked as "DEMO" in the download page, I decided to put all extra material on an own page on Itch.io. You can download it there free of charge. It makes sorting of files also easier for me, because this is really cumbersome at Itch.io.

It has nothing changed. Everything has only moved on this new page.
