Rulebook Version 1.2 released

New version of the rulebook is released. 

What has changed?

1. I used the term "Encounter Number " (Begegnungszahl in the German version) in the rulebook and "Encounter Value" (Begegnungswert) on the cards and mini booklets. So changed all terms to "Encounter Value / Begegnungswert".

2. The book icons on the backside of the Y-cards were not really explained in the rulebooks, only in the rule videos. They are now explained in the following chapters:  4.7.2 / 5.2 / 6.2 / 7.3.2
